1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all users of the 77cx platform located in Pakistan or accessing the platform from Pakistan, including players who register accounts, browse games, deposit funds, place bets, claim bonuses, and contact customer support. If you are using 77cx on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms and that you accept personal responsibility for ensuring compliance.

2. Eligibility
To register and use a 77cx account, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 77cx does not permit minors to open accounts or access any gambling-related content on the platform.
- You must be a human individual — corporate accounts, automated accounts, and bot registrations are not permitted.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of 77cx or any of its affiliated companies, nor a family member of any such person.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been excluded from the 77cx platform.
- You must be capable of entering into a binding legal agreement under applicable law.
- You must not have had a previous 77cx account closed for a violation of these Terms and Conditions.
77cx reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review. Age verification is a mandatory compliance requirement and is not negotiable under any circumstances.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 77cx account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. 77cx uses technical and manual methods to identify duplicate accounts, including device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated balances may be forfeited and all accounts closed.
3.2 Accurate Information Required
You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your 77cx account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number in Pakistan, and any additional details required during the verification process. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held at the time.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77cx account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 77cx will treat any activity conducted using your login credentials as authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact 77cx support immediately at support@77cx.biz.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
77cx is required to verify the identity of all account holders as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawals above Rs 50,000 are processed. 77cx reserves the right to request KYC documents at any time, including before processing any withdrawal.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All deposits on the 77cx platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 77cx accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Deposits made using third-party accounts — accounts belonging to someone other than the registered 77cx account holder — are prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
77cx does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 77cx accepts no responsibility. Deposits are typically credited to your 77cx balance within a few seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR only. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit and verified as belonging to the account holder. 77cx does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required. 77cx reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for the purpose of completing identity verification or investigating a suspected breach of these terms. Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been met.
Important: Attempting to withdraw funds before completing applicable bonus wagering requirements will result in the withdrawal being declined and the bonus being forfeited. Please check your active bonus terms before submitting a withdrawal request.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms

- Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only. New member bonuses are available once per person, household, device, and payment method.

Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier, for example 20x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total bets to be placed before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.
Different game categories contribute differently to wagering requirements at 77cx: slots and crash games typically contribute 100%, live casino games 20%, sports betting 50%, and certain other games may contribute at a different rate or not at all. 5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements within the specified period will be removed from the account automatically. 77cx does not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

6.1 Placement and Confirmation of Bets
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation from the 77cx platform and the corresponding amount has been deducted from your account balance. In the event of a technical issue that prevents confirmation, the bet is treated as void and any amounts deducted will be returned to your balance. 77cx is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on your end.
6.2 Maximum Payouts
77cx applies maximum payout limits per game category. These limits are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. For sports betting, the maximum payout per settlement event is Rs 5,000,000 unless stated otherwise on the specific market. For live casino, maximum payouts vary by table and game type and are displayed in the table information panel. For crash games including Aviator, maximum payout per round is Rs 10,000,000. 6.3 Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a manifest error, software malfunction, or obvious mistake in odds, pricing, or game outcomes, 77cx reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. This applies whether the error benefited the player or the platform. 77cx will notify affected players within 48 hours of any material error that results in a bet being voided.
6.4 Match Fixing and Suspicious Activity
77cx monitors betting patterns continuously for signs of match fixing, insider information, or coordinated suspicious activity. Any account found to have placed bets using non-public information or in coordination with other accounts for the purpose of guaranteeing a profit will have all associated winnings voided and the account closed. Such cases may also be referred to relevant authorities.
7. Responsible Gaming
77cx is genuinely committed to responsible gaming — not just as a legal requirement but as a core part of how we operate. Gambling should be an enjoyable pastime, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible gaming at 77cx:
- Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced further — increases require a 7-day cooling-off period before taking effect.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out, with a reminder displayed during play.

8.3 Chargeback Policy
Initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider for funds that have been legitimately used on the 77cx platform constitutes fraud. Any account subject to a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended, the chargeback amount will be recovered by any available legal means, and the matter may be reported to relevant financial authorities. 77cx will defend all chargeback disputes with full transaction evidence.

9. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77cx platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:
- Opening or operating multiple accounts for the same individual
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or gain an unfair advantage
- Providing false identity information or using another person's identity without their consent
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain
- Collusion with other players to guarantee outcomes or artificially influence game results
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
- Accessing the platform through a VPN or proxy for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions
- Transferring funds between 77cx accounts for the purpose of bonus abuse or artificial wagering
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your 77cx account to any third party
- Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language in any communication with 77cx staff or other players
Note: 77cx's fraud detection systems operate continuously. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately and investigated. Funds in suspended accounts will remain frozen pending the outcome of the investigation.
10. Account Suspension and Closure
10.1 Closure by the Player
You may close your 77cx account at any time by contacting support at support@77cx.biz. Before closing, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Accounts with active bonuses that have not met wagering requirements will have those bonuses forfeited upon closure. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of confirmation.
10.2 Suspension by 77cx
77cx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where: the account holder breaches these Terms and Conditions; the account is suspected of fraudulent activity; the account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required period; or the account is inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
10.3 Inactive Account Policy
An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been made for 24 consecutive months. 77cx will notify the account holder by email before applying any dormancy measures. After 24 months of inactivity, 77cx may begin deducting a monthly maintenance fee of Rs 500 from the account balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. All such charges will cease immediately upon the account holder logging back in.
11. Limitation of Liability
77cx provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77cx makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
77cx shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from: unavailability of the platform due to maintenance or technical failure; loss of data; reliance on information displayed on the platform; or the conduct of other players. 77cx's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
77cx may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, 77cx will provide advance notice to registered members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the 77cx platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you do not agree with changes made to these terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and any outstanding withdrawal. 77cx will not apply new terms retroactively to existing confirmed bets or settled transactions.
